Our duplicators are well known in the Spanish market. They have been in the market since 1.997. We have never made advertising, our marketing; by word of mouth, and third party publicity, has made Rimax duplicators the referent in the market.

The quality of our duplicators, based on the best selection of integrated technology, and most careful manufacturing procedures, is allowing us to build-up a virtuous circle, in which the level of products that require after sales service is way below average in this sector, and consequently, the after sales service we can offer is extremely good.

Our after sales service, will understand English, French, Spanish, and Arab, and if product has to be repaired, we will do it fast (always less than 3 weeks), and we will always pay for shipment to our clients.
