Who are we?

Our company, was borne as CD World in 1.993. That same year we started to offer optical storage platforms, what years later became CD recorders.

In 1.993, recording CD´s was a complex and expensive experience, and the market required of a specialized company for that matter.

In the following years, the process of recording CD´s, and later DVD´s became more and more simple, and, simultaneously, prices decreased every month. Therefore, CD/DVD recorders became an unexpensive utility that would be included in every PC.

It was our intention when we started, and it still is, to be able to add value, not only in the way we put products in the market, but also in the product itself, and that is why, in 1.996, we created a division within the company that would develop the technology to create optical publishing platforms (duplicators). A couple of years after Rimax brand was created.

Nowadays, Rimax sells many other products, besides CD/DVD duplicators. For corporate and domestic use. But nevertheless, our optical publishing towers remain and will remain our spoiled family of products within Rimax.

Without a doubt we are leaders in the Spanish market, and it is now our target to become leaders in the European market, and why not, worldwide.
